Our quality policy is a fixed part of our everyday business life and integrated into all areas of the company. Long-terms our customers appreciate our handling of quality, technology, reliability, innovation and economic efficiency.

As a development partner, our understanding of quality is underlined by our comittmend to the expectations and requirements of our customers.

Our actions in all areas are oriented towards continual improvement with a “zero faults” target and characterized by measures for fault prevention or risk minimization.

Our claim

The automotive industry has always been quality-conscious. Customers requirements and legal regulations must be fulfilled and observed – to protect both people and resources.

At HBPO, we see quality as a process that is applied every day. Everyone aspires to deliver the best possible result in their particular field. Our philosophy: With our integrated quality management system we minimize the probability of faults occurring as much as possible. We work in a preventative way – and that starts outside our doors, at our own suppliers, and does not end when we have delivered our finished product. We continue to be responsible over the entire service life of our products.

There are currently three standards integrated into our management systems:

We check yearly during internal audits that these standards are kept. We also are audited regularly by an external, independent organization to evaluate whether our processes and our actions fulfil the requirements of these standards. At the end of this procedure, we receive a certificate as confirmation.

Quality right from the start

We have defined our process landscape and align our work to achieve outstanding quality.
In our process management system we distinguish between management, core and supporting processes. Within the core process we check whether our specifications have been met before we progress through certain project gates.

Quality engineers work in the project business and are involved in quality assurance at the plant. They check whether the planning and quality management specifications are being observed. If there are any deviations from specified standards, they initiate countermeasures.

We also promote the careful use of resources by implementing an energy and environment management system.
