Lippstadt, 20. Mai 2018 – The global market leader for front-end modules, HBPO, has been growing continually for years. At the same time, it is becoming more and more difficult to find good and qualified personnel for all the plants. “These days, the lack of specialist workers means we have to take a new approach,” says Anja Sprenger, Director Human Resources at HBPO. “Which is why we are refocussing even more on our greatest strength – namely our employees,” Sprenger continues. For this reason, the company has started a further recommendation campaign entitled “Always wanted”.
With “Always wanted”, HBPO is relying on its employees and their networks. For every new person employed following a recommendation by an HBPO employee, a graduated monetary bonus will be paid depending on the position to be filled.
With this scheme, HBPO would like to hand on part of the money saved on external recruiting costs to its own employees.
HBPO took a first step in this direction at the beginning of the year and introduced the “Know-how Transfer” programme. This gives colleagues the opportunity to implement their know-how at another plant. This can be for a period of three months, three years or “life”.
